What you need to know prior to your appointment and after.

Prior to your appointment 

It is a good idea to wash your hair the night before your appointmen. Aftercare instructions are going to recommend “no water on the area for 3-4 days.  Heavy sweating, swimming, sun and sauna is also discouraged.  Applying additional makeup to the area is also discouraged due to infection risk.   This does include mascara and eyeshadow for eyeliner application.   The area of the application will look darker than the healed results for about 5 days. Please keep this in mind.  The first 3-5 days the area will look perfect. You will be able to wash your hair approx day 3 but you must be very careful to pat the tattoo’d area dry with no wiping as you could pull the color applied off too early.   It will start to change days 5-7.  You will be applying a light coating of ointment provided the first week but the area may become a bit flaky around days 5-7.  Eyeliner and Microbladed brows  do not experience this as much as a shaded brow application.   Most of this flaking will be complete around days 7-10.   Week 2 the areas may no longer look perfectly shaped, even, or consistent color saturation.   This is completely normal and at this point makeup can be added to the tattoo’d area to even it out.  Weeks 2-5 the color will be coming back to the surface of the skin .  Your free touchup appointment or  “perfecting  session” will be done week 5-7 to fix what didn’t develop from the first application.  

Policies  for appointments 

A $75 deposit is required to book all appointments.  This fee will be taken off your application cost the day of your application .  This fee is subject to all new clients and regular clients who are booking.   If you need to cancel a 72 hour notice is required for a refund of the deposit .
